Around my house, there are almost no healthy foods. What do you think that I should do for dieting?
My family has healthy foods such as bananas, salad, oranges, apples, skim milk, we have alot of it. But we also have alot of unhealthy foods. I tend to choose the unhealthy ones over the good ones. I have gained alot of weight recently, because of unhelthy diet and lack of exercise.
