I have field hockey tryouts all week and we do tonssss of running. I know from experience that if you eat unhealthy foods your stomach hurts really bad when you run. What are some healthy foods i can eat before/after i run.
p.s. i am also a vegetarian so no meat

Apparently I am extremely lacking in protein and ‘healthy fats’. The problem is, I am allergic to eggs and nuts, which are the usual sources of proteins. Does anyone know any other foods I can eat that are protein-rich?
