What is a good yogurt for weight loss/diets ?
Right now I eat La Yogurt Original low fat yogurt, but I’ve been looking around websites and found that its not the best yogurt for weight loss and stuff. What do you suggest?

What are some other weight loss diets?
What is another weight loss diet (eg. Atkins diet) but that is completely different to the Atkins diet. I gotta compare the atkins diet and another diet for a project so i need another diet that has a different nature.
