What are healthy foods for people w/food allergies?
Apparently I am extremely lacking in protein and ‘healthy fats’. The problem is, I am allergic to eggs and nuts, which are the usual sources of proteins. Does anyone know any other foods I can eat that are protein-rich?

There are heaps of protein options for you. You don’t say whether you are vegetarian and neither do you say what your allergies are to.
Other sources of foods rich in protein are:
Chicken, meats.
Beans: soya beans, red kidney beans, navy beans, cannellini beans, your odinary baked beans.
Other Vegetarian options: tofu and tempeh, chickpeas.
Also protein smoothies.
Healthy Fats are: olive oil, canola oil, flaxseed oil. These contain the omega 3, 6 & 9 oils which are very important for maintaining a healthy heart & lungs and skin etc.
These oils can be added to your salads or smoothies if you have them.
