Can someone give me a list of healthy foods to get at the grocery store?

I’m about to go to the store and I’m trying to lose the fat over my midsection. I’ve got the working out part covered, but can someone give me a list of foods to get at the store? Like good fruits and veggies, but also snacky things and such that are healthy and low calories. The longer and more descriptive the list the better. thanks!

    Well any fruit or vegetable will be good for you, honestly its all in what you like when it comes to fruits and veggies. Also lean meats, skinless chicken breast, and fish are ideal. Yogurt and cottage cheese (lowfat for both). For snacks, eat a piece of fruit or some veggies, most if not all of those pre-packaged "healthy" snack choices are scams and arent as good as they say.
